project manager / graphic Designer

We have an immediate opening for a creative professional with graphic design, customer service and project management skills who’s ready to contribute to a fast-growing, fast-paced sign company.

Signs2U is a locally owned sign design and manufacturing company with more than 15 years of proven success offering creative, high-quality products and services. We are proud to be the only 3M Certified Graphics company in southern Idaho. Our company designs and produces a wide array of signage and vinyl wraps using wide format printers, laminators and cut vinyl.

If you’re a graphic designer with experience working in the sign or print industry with exceptional customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Positive and upbeat demeanor with a can-do attitude.
• Outstanding customer-service skills.
• Strong computer skills and design creativity using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Self-motivated, team-player.
• Experience working in a sign, vehicle wrap or print shop preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create sign and graphic layouts using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Learn sign-making and large format printing techniques to assist with production.
• Professionally interact with clients ensuring an amazing customer experience.
• Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers.
• Respond to website inquiries.
• Enter customer information, prepare quotes and track jobs in our point-of-sale system.
• Notify customers when their projects are complete and ready for pick-up.
• Take customer payments at cash register and over the phone.
• Schedule installation dates with customers, maintain scheduling calendar.
• Prepare and maintain customer files.
