Signs2U is looking for a Sign Fabricator and Installer to join our team in Boise. We’ve got a newly remodeled shop, top-tier equipment, and a steady flow of cool projects. We need someone who knows their way around a shop, isn’t afraid of a bucket truck, and takes pride in seeing a job through from start to finish.
We are a locally-owned sign design and manufacturing firm with more than 15 years of proven success offering creative, high-quality products and services. Our company designs and produces a wide array of signs and vinyl wraps using wide format printers, vinyl cutters and laser cutting/engraving systems.
If you have sign shop and/or construction specialties installation experience and the qualifications listed below, we want to hear from you!
Competitive Wages & Bonuses: Enjoy a solid, above-market hourly rate tailored to your expertise, supplemented by a performance bonus program that recognizes your hard work.
Professional Grade Gear: Work in a well-equipped shop featuring flatbed UV printing, CNC routing, and high-end finishing tools to get the job done right.
Variety: You won’t be stuck doing one thing all day. You’ll be routing, printing, building, and installing.
Great Culture: We’re a team that actually cares about craftsmanship. No “good enough” mindsets here.
Shop Fabrication: Taking raw materials and turning them into finished signs. You’ll handle assembly, finishing, and making sure everything looks perfect before it leaves the shop.
Field Installations: Leading the charge on-site. This includes everything from interior graphics to exterior building signs.
Field Work: Operating bucket trucks/lifts safely, performing site surveys, and making sure the final install is level, secure, and clean.
Experience: Ideally, you’ve spent a few years in a sign shop and know the materials (acrylic, aluminum, PVC, etc.). However, if you are a master of a different trade—like high-end woodworking, cabinetry, or metal fabrication—and have a natural aptitude for skilled craftsmanship, we are willing to train the right person on our specific equipment.
Skill: You are comfortable and safe with power tools and have a sharp eye for detail. Experience with CNC or print software is a huge plus.
License: A clean driving record is a must for operating our service vehicles and bucket trucks.
Attitude: You’re a problem-solver who takes pride in your work and knows how to keep a project moving until it’s across the finish line.
